Lima schools’ Leugers participates in roundtable

CHICAGO — Amanda Leugers, the school resource officer for Lima schools, was one of two Ohio representatives at this week’s National Fraternal Order of Police Conventions Roundtable. The roundtable aimed to refine the course on “Targeted Violence and Terrorism Protection” to ensure it’s credible, practical and usable across diverse policing environments. Leugers has worked with Lima schools since 2015 and currently works at West Middle School.
